Since I feel like I am sitting under a dark, gloomy, ominous cloud ~ I could use a healthy dose of laughter every day. This picture just cracks me up ~ who knew that birds could be so expressive!Makes me wonder what their story is ~ is it a husband and a wife? siblings? friends? strangers who just happened to be standing in the same place at the same time? Is the bird on the left exasperated? embarassed? annoyed? Inquiring minds want to know!

I think we have a similar cracked up sense of humor. I have that same pic saved in my pics file and I crack up everytime I look at it! I love to laugh and that one tickles my funny bone.

I meant to put a comment on your movie post a while back but the picture just now reminded me of it. If you haven't watched some of the episodes already, I'd HIGHLY recommend adding "Arrested Development" season 1-3 dvds to your list of things to watch as you recover. (A very smart, very funny comedy on FOX that won critical acclaim but sadly, not much of an audience as it was cancelled mid-season #3.) The show is hilarious! One of the best shows ever! (At least I think so.) Not one to watch in front of the kids but it'll definitely keep you in stitches during your recovery (get it, "stitches!") Bad joke, I know.
